Product Evaluation

Devices received for service, inspection, or replacement will undergo a technical evaluation by the company’s authorized service team. The final decision regarding repair or replacement will be based on the technical assessment and warranty terms.

Replacement Policy

Replacement of products will be considered only after technical verification and approval from the company. The company reserves the right to repair the device instead of replacement, depending on the nature of the issue.

Deck Mount – Warranty Disclaimer

This warranty does not cover:

1. Any damage caused due to improper use, abuse, negligence, modification, or alteration of the product.
2. Repairs, servicing, or modifications carried out by any individual or service organization that has not been expressly authorized by Deck Mount.
3. Any damage or contamination caused by cigarette, pipe, cigar, or any other form of smoke.
4. Any damage caused by exposure to ozone, activated oxygen, or other harmful gases.
5. Any damage or contamination resulting from insect infestation.
6. Any damage resulting from improper storage, transportation, or handling of the product.
7. Normal wear and tear of components that are expected to degrade with regular usage.

This warranty is valid only within the region where the product was originally purchased. Products sold or resold outside the original purchase region will not be covered under warranty.

Warranty claims for defective products must be made by the original purchaser through the authorized dealer or distributor from whom the product was purchased.

This warranty replaces all other expressed or implied warranties, including implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Certain regions may not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty; therefore, such limitations may not apply in those regions.

Deck Mount shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the sale, installation, or use of the product. Certain regions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, this limitation may not apply in those regions.

This warranty provides specific legal rights, and the customer may also have other rights that vary by region.
