Service Charges

Even for devices under warranty, a standard service charge for all previous & current purchases will be applicable after 6 months from the date of invoice to cover inspection and service processing across PAN India.

Portable Oxygen Concentrator (POC)	₹1200
CPAP / BiPAP Devices	₹999
ECG Device	₹1200

Out of warranty case:

If the device is found to be out of warranty or the issue is not covered under warranty, the customer/dealer will be liable to bear applicable charges including:

Inspection charges
Service or repair charges
Spare parts cost
Applicable taxes

Service will be carried out only after approval of the estimated charges.
